Passionately entrenched in community-based care, I am known for my strategic insight, sector knowledge, and unwavering commitment to improving outcomes for those receiving care.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside market-leading software providers, public and private health organisations, and sector-leading bodies to shape innovative solutions that advance care delivery. From championing remote monitoring technologies to supporting the digital transformation of home care services, my focus remains on enabling more effective, person-centred care within the community.

I’ve played a vital role in a range of high-value projects across both public and private sectors, offering expert input on digital integration, care quality, and system change.

 Whether collaborating with health tech developers or advising local authorities and NHS partners, I bring deep operational insight and a passion for leveraging technology to empower people and enhance care delivery.

NHS

  • As the Regional Social Care Lead for London - Domiciliary Care, provide expert advice to relevant boards and groups including London Digital Oversight Group, Integrated Digital Care & Health Network Meeting, and London Care Providers Oversight Group by acting as a conduit across the system.

  • Provide leadership in supporting other domiciliary care providers to implement digital transformation and tools, to enable more integrated care.

  • Lead and develop models of service/systems/processes that focus on improving quality and outcomes for patients and shaping new pathways.

  • Ensure that all Domiciliary Care providers in London have the opportunity to engage with the programme and that their views are represented equitably.

  • Provide strategic leadership to relevant Boards and groups/networks and support system partners. This includes the supporting the rollout of the Data Security Protection Toolkit (DSPT), One London Record (Share Care Record) and Universal Care Plan development and adoption in social care across London. 

Nuffield Trust

Supported the Evaluation of the Test Bed Project for the Whzan remote monitoring technology in home care alongside Care City. Providing insights from the workforce on the technologies adopted in the social care setting. Providing data from client readings, feedback from clients and carers adopting the innovative testing. Attending workshops and presentations to further understand the implications and benefits of technology in the care sector benefits of remote monitoring technology as a pilot pioneer within the social care setting.

Care City

  • Liaise with Project Leads and CEO at Care City to promote technology in care, whilst collating quantitative data to evidence benefits in client well-being.

  • Collaborative workings with Nuffield Health and Barking & Dagenham College to explore new technology and the Expert Carer job role in the healthcare setting.

  • Implement and adopt Whzan remote monitoring technology in our care settings for innovative health care checks, promoting well-being and proactively reducing avoidable hospital admissions via NEWS score readings.

  • Support the development of the E-Care app during the time of COVID-19 as a training tool for carers to up skill their knowledge base through scenario role play questions and guidance.

Quality Healthcare Solutions

Access Group

Supporting the innovation and development of the Care Planning and Call Monitoring software to capture electronic medication administration and record keeping via eMARS app. In addition, supporting the strategic development of the Daily Log Notes capture, which historically carers delivering services note on paper records. Provided vital input in the development and features of the CM Mobile App, with the above two new features tested and embedded within the latest version and paves the way for the future standards, adopted by the Access Group software and care providers nationally in the UK.
